Description

The alley between the 4000 block of Stuart Ave and Kensington Ave is sinking behind 4010/4012 Stuart. The ground is dipping several inches deep with the tire tracks and with all the rain it’s quickly filling with swampy water. As a resident on this block it is difficult at best to put trash in the cans without sinking into the mud and ruining shoes.
