Description

There are 2 HUGE potholes in the driveway/alleyway on the right hand side of my apartment, 1 South Addison Street. They are doing damage to my car every time I drive through them to get to my parking spot behind my apartment. My apartment landlord says it is city property to fix because it is part of the alleyway.
