resident is calling in because they did come out to trim the trees but they didn't get the limbs that he was is scared will cause serious damage if it does hit the house

Citizen emailed: I called about two and half weeks ago for tree trimming I have several branches over hanging my home. A Davy tree crew showed up today 1/22/2019. I told the foreman I am concerned that several large branches are over hanging my house and when they fall will cause damage. They said they “can’t” trim those I would like someone from the city to contact me as soon as possible this is an unsafe condition and could cause damage or injury to my home or family. This tree is on the city property.
