    want the status of an order #DPW 15101; caller states the situation is getting worst..a status is needed on this request. Caller is requesting to speak to someone in reference to this concern. The alleyway road has built a dam and water backs up in the yards at 6514, 6516, and 6518. The crawls spaces gets filled with water creating mold, etc. please call with a status he has been promised to be called back but to date there's no status and something needs to be done.

    called in February for a issue with their home someone was coming to look at their alleyway but never came and the alleyway is flooding. this is the 4th follow-up and the original request is 16 days overdue as of today
