Description

There are several potholes in the alley behind businesses and residential property on Hull Street. Currently, the largest hole looks like it leads to a tunnel. That entire section of the street looks dangerous to drive on because of the erosion happening underneath the surface. This is the alley on the 14th side between Hull and Bainbridge.
