Description

There is a tree on the strip between the sidewalk and the street (in front of 3003 Parkwood) that is about to drop a branch on a car parked below. There is a broken branch that is dangling from another branch and is poised to fall at any time. This tree has dropped branches that smashed through the windshield of cars parked below TWICE in the past 6 months, and it looks like it's about to happen again. I don't know if the tree is dying or if it needs regular maintenance, but it is a liability.
