Description

Byrd Street is unnecessarily STILL closed from 4th down the hill to 6th, etc. even thought Byrd is TOTALLY clear of snow and ice and is safe for driving. It is causing VERY lengthy backups. PLEASE REMOVE THE CLOSED SIGN AND CONES. Thank you.
