Citizen called stating that a car struck a city tree and it is leaning with roots out on 1 side. The Citizen described the tree as a 6 inch oak which needs attention and not removing.

    6 inch oak hit by car. basal wound. tree slightly uprooted and leaning. wait until spring to see if tree will recover. I will decide then to remove or not.

    He would like to know when we are going to remove the dead maple on the side of his house.
