Description
The north end of the alley on Kensington has signs about blocking the alley (picture attached). The south end does not and this end of the alley is frequently blocked by visitors to VMFA and the Historical Society. There is a new high school opening right across the street, so the problem will get worse. Please install no blocking the alley signs on Stuart Ave. Thanks.
