Description

Willow Oak tree located at southwest corner of Rennie Avenue and Brook Rd, Richmond, VA 23227 has two(2) low branches that show signs of poor health. One branch extends over Rennie Ave posing a danger to vehicles driving down the road and parked cars. Other branch extends over sidewalk and into yard of home (1201 Rennie Ave) posing a danger to pedestrians as well as home and landscaping of homeowner at 1201 Rennie Ave.
