Description

You failed to pick up recyclables for our block again today. This is the third time this has happened since Labor Day. What is the problem. It is not just our house, but all of the houses on the 3100 Stuart, on the ODD side of the street. Trash pick up is not a problem, but recyclables are not picked up.
