    Met with citizen. Tree is healthy and does not meet removal criteria at this time. Tree was utility pruned in 2018, resulting in unbalanced canopy. Resident is unhappy with the tree based on aesthetics andfeels the tree will negatively impact profit margin on sale of this property.
