Description

Citizen called very upset because she saw a orange X on a tree in front of her house and she does not want the tree removed. She stated the tree only needs maintenance. She would like for the Arborist to take a look before the tree is removed. I explained to the citizen that it may not have been UFD that place the X. Ms. Smith can be reached at 804-304-6964.
