Description

For months, there has been an active water leak in the middle of the street at 1721 Park Avenue. As a result, the street is constantly wet and there is water pooling at the curb. This problem was reported months ago through RVA311 and has not been addressed or resolved. There is an elderly neighbor who worries about entering or exiting her car when the water turns to ice. The leak has expanded to both sides of the street. Obviously, someone is losing water. Please fix. Thanks.
