Repair Road

Please note that request has been pending since August 19, 2017(1year and 3months). Blithewood Drive has not been repaired for numerous years. The street needs NEW pavement. During hot months the asphalt melts and causes damage to one's vehicle and you cannot walk children or pets on the street,due to the softness of tar. In addition the street pavement is very thin and weak. Since August of 2017 I have contacted city by phone (311) on October 9,2017 and was provided tracing #87129. It has now been 2 years since the first request for Blithewoood Drive be repaired and needs to be repaved properly. My strong impression the city uses theRVA 311 has a smoke screen for Richmond residents. Yes, the city is busy....however this street has not be serviced for over 20+ years and needs to be repaved. Thank you Please do not address as completed when it is not. This request is 2 years old this month August. First request was August 19, 2017. RVA 311 appears to only serve as a smoke screen for Richmond residents. Thank you Hello....please address our needed request for Blitherwood Drive. Request is over two years old. Using this tool is not proving to be beneficial to Richmond citizens. Saying "this is assigned to department" is not providing any information. Thank you
