Description

The 2900 block of Seminary Avenue is intersected by Sherwood Avenue at a three-way stop. Though the speed limit is 25 mph and there is a three-way stop sign at the intersection, drivers rarely stop at the stop sign, and many do not even slow at all. Driver speeds far exceed the speed limit, many at an estimated 40 mph. It is generally becoming more and more of a concern among residents that the Brook Road bike lanes will exacerbate this phenomenon. Speed bumps are needed!!!
