Description
The Southbound lane of Oliver Hill Way/N 17th St) at the site of Bus Stop 19 (VCU stop) is extremely congested in am rush due to buses stopping in the lane just prior to the turn. Many commuters make illegal right turns, or dangerously/rudely cut into the right turn lane just before the corner. Suggestion: cut out the curb at the bus stop, creating a bus stop pull in, sacrificing a few parking spaces in 17th and Broad parking lot. Commuters will let the bus in when they need to enter the lane.
