Description

Tree in alley behind apartment 1911 Whitcomb Street is continuing to fall. Limbs and branches have fallen off into alley where cars are parked and where people walk. This is an huge safety issue, before someone or something get hit by the tree limbs. Limbs have and are still faking. Tree is rotten and located in alley behind building 1911
