resident is calling in because during the hurricane there was a treee that fell into the street. that tree has falling onto the other tree and now that tree is very damaged and he was told that it would need to be cut down because the next storm it could cause more damage

  My husband John Tolson requested tree removal from our property. I believe the city came out in July and removed a different tree. 7/29/2020 a portion of the tree fell and we would like the remaining tree to be removed. It is dead, and if it falls it could potentially damage motorists, pedestrians, our property, and our neighbor's property. What is the process for requesting tree removal?
