  Citizen is requesting a call about the tree limbs. She is stating that it is an emergency. She claimed she is going to hire someone to come cut it. I informed her that she is not allowed to have someone come cut in due to the fact it is a city tree and she stated she didnt know what else to do because the city has not come to fix the issue.

  Good afternoon, Citizen Sara Silk(804-254-2839) has a request#DPW000011216 for tree maintenance to have a tree maintained at 4507 Cutshaw Ave. Her request has been open since October 31, 2018. Shehas called numerous times regarding this issue. She states that there is a large limb that is falling and it is a safety hazard. Ms Silk is very upset that nothing has been done regarding this tree and would like someone to please give her a call andhave the tree maintained as soon as possible. Thank you
