Description

Citizen called stating that a tree that was planted in February or March of this year is dead and he believes the tree was dead when it was planted. He is requesting the tree be replaced. He said Public Works was about to come out and remove it. I told Mr. Rolander that an Arborist would need to inspect it first. His number is 804-651-7558.

Citizen e-mailed today --the arborist has twice planted a tree for us adjacent to Fauquier Ave, but it looks like we've twice ended up with dead trees--this one too is not blooming and has no signs of life. We've diligently kept the bag full of water but to no avail. Can someone come take a look and replace it if it's dead? A1B1
