Description

I have spoken with a First District resident today regarding an ongoing request for the removal of a sweetgum tree at his address, 4505 Stuart Avenue. Mr. Porter Echols (804-355-2186) has asked repeatedly that the tree on the city easement be removed because of the droppings from the tree that was unsightly and make it difficult for he and his wife to move throughout their yard (the couple are in their 80s). His initial request dates back to May 2018 and another was made later in the summer.
