Dear Mr. Brown, I’m writing to complain about the recent, and I think illegal, removal of a new street tree (Yoshino cherry) that was planted by the city (and chosen by you) in February 2018. It was planted in front of a near neighbor’s house, at 2722 Garland Avenue (corner house). I requested and paid for a Yoshino cherry also planted at this time in front of my house at 2718 Garland, and I think you chose this variety for the space in front of 2722 Garland for its size and symmetry with the
