Description
Night of October 26/27, seems a car struck the sign at the southeast corner of Ellwood Ave. and Nansemond. The pole that had the 'one-way' sign and the street names was knocked out of the ground and is now in a neighbor's front yard. The utility pole that was next to it was also struck and is now leaning.
