Description
One of our trash container’s wheels is broken and the bin itself has a gash at the bottom. I hope this is the right forum to request this. We spoke to the trash collector this week as the websit stated that we report to them and they will log it. However, they mentioned that we need to call the 311 Service for this. Thank you for your action. Wheel is now totally off and receptacle cannot be rolled. Have left container at edge of driveway, close to curb. May I please know when a replacement trash receptacle would be dropped off? It appears they took away the one with the broken wheel today during trash collection, as it was not there with the other one when I came home from work. We normally use two trash cans at our residence.Thanks for your kind response.
