Description
Henrico has put up signs in the medians that have effectively deterred begging in the street. It says “Please do not give money to persons in the median. For those who need assistance please call 000-000-0000.” This is solve our problem of daily (and sometimes aggressive) beggars at the intersection of Chamberlyne Ave and Laburnum.
