The alley at this location is not even causing water to run into Mrs. Waters basement and wants something placed in the alley to stop the water from damaging her basement, she also wants to meet inspector out there Please call citizen to meet her at this location. A1B1

    Arthur Brown inspected this location this morning and found nothing wrong with the alley. Citizen need to raise the bricks about 2 to 3 layers to square it out. There is no other actions need to be taken from the city. Will give Ms. Waters a call to explain.
