- Staff · October 24, 2018Email sent to the Director: Hi Bobby, can you please look at these photos and tell me if the city takes care of this? If so, is it DPW or another department? I entered a request in RVA311 (#DPW000010462). My neighbors have entered a request as well. The tree is at the bottom of our yard. It fell during Michael when the ground underneath the tree was washed out. The tree is hanging over the road that goes to the Wetlands entrance to the James River Park System so the road is heavily traveled by vehicles and pedestrians. Thanks very much for your help! Alicia
