Description

Hi I’m the owner of 312 Goshen. I’d like the trash and recycling bins by the side of my house permanently removed. I also need a letter or written note of some kind from the city stating that bins will not be placed by the house. People use my house a a dumping ground and it creates a lot of litter. Thank you.
