Description

Hi -- I live at 104 Westmoreland St. My neighbors and I are experiencing severe rainwater run-off from the gravel alley that runs between Willway Ave. and Westmoreland St. The alley has been regraded with more stone, building it up to the point that it rises above the backyards on both sides of the alley, causing run-off to flow but into backyards/garages. During periods of heavy rain, I've had as much as 2 ft. of standing water in my yard (which is in turn flooding my basement). See picture.
