Description

citizen states when alley was repaved the COR put a lot of gravel in one section of alley that created an incline when it rains the water flows down the alley into citizen's and neighbor's yard causing flooding. There are really big chunks of gravel is flowing into alley need to be smooth out. pieces of gravel is flowing into citizen's backyard
