Description
Pin Oak between 1613 S. Meadow & 1615 S. Meadow has dead and dying branches. One branch is rotted & split & hanging over the street, posing a danger to property & life. In the last 3 years, there've been many incidents involving the city trees around our property: the one across the street came down, the tree on the corner has knocked out power, and the one in front of 1611 S.
