Description

Caller wants to know if it is a violation for his neighbor that is discharging a sump pump into the alley. This location was recently paved and was looking good. Now the area looks like a lake. Caller indicated that one of the trees is saturated to the point of leaning close to a power line.

    M This location was inspected by William Carroll - it appears to be a sump pump that is draining water into the alley. The citizen Mr. David White stated that the alley was just paved a few weeks ago. With the water that is running in the alley and the pothole situation in the alley, it creates a pond like situation
