Description

The alley runs between Norfolk and Moore, from Summit to Highpoint. The alley is unpaved and has washed away in many places, making it effectively impassable without a truck or SUV. Because of the access issues to this parking lot, many of our residents have been simply choosing to parallel park on the street. A1B1
