. Unfortunately the tree roots at Mr. Hall’s location were not trimmed back or removed. As a result, the roots extend out into the street and have damaged his car and punctured a tire. Could you find out whether Urban Forestry intends to trim or remove these roots? If not, what is Mr. Hall’s recourse? A1B1
