Description
We had sent in a repair for this situation through "ClickFix" program some time ago. We were told then, that the problem would be fixed by November, 2019. I realize this is a new system, so I am resubmitting this request. The curb in front of our property at 5202 King William Road, is lifted or jacked up, causing rain water to back up and pool since it cannot reach the drain located at the corner, creating a danger and bad smell due to silt and debris resting in place. I will continue to send photos until this is fixed it has now been almost 5 years since the original request.
