Description

The alley behind 5400 block of New Kent Rd was skipped this summer when all other neighborhood alleys were repaired. Complaints were filed for two years and still no attention paid. The ends of the alley are asphalt but the long center section is gravel and has at least 8 giant potholes. It is time!!!! Please!!!!
