Description
There has been construction on a house in the neighborhood (907 algoma st) for months. They have dug trench in the alley to install cable lines and they filled it back since but with the rain it is causing the so many issues with they way they filled it in. Citizens are constantly getting flat tires from the potholes in the alley as well. The
