Description

I am requesting a left turn arrow. Off of hull st. Everyone has to take a back road to turn left onto Cowardin Ave./301. I am requesting a left turn arrow at Hull and Cowardin to reduce traffic issues further up on hull where people have to make a left turn and block traffic flow.
