Description

I have a city tree that has a branch that has snapped part of the way off. The branch is hanging down at the very end of my sidewalk. I have nothing that can reach to that level. I larger problem is a tree on the corner of 42nd and Smithdeal that has about the top third ready to drop off, that could cause a huge mess. The tree is located on the same side of the street as the odd number houses.
