a tree has been down in the road since Thursday of last week and someone from City of Richmond came and took a piece of bark from the tree and left the all of debris and large tree in the middle of the road she has to drive off of old lock lane onto another road and circle and around to get to lock green , will need a huge truck and men with equipment
