Description
4200 Block of Seminary Ave could use the addition of speed bumps to slow traffic. There are many families on the block with young children and pets. Cars regularly speed through using the street as a cut through to avoid Brook and Chamberlayne. The street should have speed bumps installed similar to how the 3800 block of Seminary has speed bumps to slow traffic.
