    2.5" purple plum tree is fine. Pulled back about 5" of excess mulch and dirt from around the base of the tree, which was rotting the bark and I believe the tree can recover. Pruned 2 hyperextended limbs. Left VM for resident.Urban Adopt-A-Tree
