- Staff · October 30, 201827" pine #105027 is healthy. All other trees have been removed around this address, this is the last one and it is in good condition, does not meet removal criteria at this time.

- Staff · December 7, 2018From: Ann.Hefferan@hcahealthcare.com [mailto:Ann.Hefferan@hcahealthcare.com] Sent: Monday, December 3, 2018 1:10 PM To: Jefferson, Tameka L. - Mayor's Office Subject: Constituent Services Manager Iwas just on the phone with works dept regarding pine street that has been a true pain to me for the 14 years I have lived at 5118 Devonshire Rd.,Richmond, VA 23225. I requested that it be taken done as it is a true menace to me and all surroundingproperty. It is forever dropping not only large amounts of needles; but also many, many branches. Even though it is on the city property, the city insists that I take care of it. Well, I called today to see if I need a permit to have it removed at my own expense. I was informed that I could not do that. I could request that someone come out and trim all dead branches, etc. I was given # for my records; then I asked roughly how longbefore they would come. The rep stated it would be 2 to 5 Years. That is totally unacceptable. One of your arborist came out and looked at tree which was my request; she called me and left message stating tree was fine and did not need anything done. She obviously did look at the correct tree; don’t have to be a “profession” to see it needs help. I would like so kind of help here from the city of Richmond. Thank you.
