Description
Patrons from the North Avenue library, located on North Avenue, RVA are exiting using the alleyway. Drivers continuously make sloppy left turns into a small alleyway causing the vehicles to drive onto private property. Private property is a cottage with the front door/stoop sitting 3' from the alleyway/roadway. Requesting city to place a No Right Turn, Stop Sign, Ballard on private private with appropriate reflectors,or make other suggestion to stop traffic driving onto private property.
