Description

There is a serious trash problem on odd block of Laurel st alley. This is the second time I’ve asked for some help. It’s around the 315 South Laurel st alley. Tons of trash overflowing from recycle bins and not enough regular garbage bins. Fine these people or whatever but please help or respond. It’s been over two months and is a serious health issue
