Description

I would like to request a sign on the side of my home to prohibit all neighbors to line up their trash bins against my house. All surrounding businesses started lining up their trash bins against the side of my building causing lots of bugs, trash and bad smell right under my living room window. Please place a sign prohibiting this activity and send notices to local businesses to stop this activity. Thank you very much for your assistance!
