Description
On Melrose Avenue, just near Chamberlayne Road, on the outside of the perimeter of the Union Presbyterian Seminary, the asphalt has been affected by weather. A pothole / rutting sized hole is located on the right side of the road, where drivers have to specifically drive down the middle of the road of the one way street to avoid driving into the large hole in the street.
