Description

The alley behind 3200 - 3204 Hanes Ave (between Hanes Ave and Fendall Ave connecting to Obama Elementary) is always muddy and has deep tire marks from previous construction. The alley needs to be regraded and additional gravel added so cars do not get stuck and water does not sit stagnant in existing holes. I have attached images to show the grading issues and water ponding issues in the alley
