Description

Hello, A dead/dying tree with about 50% "death" is dangerously overhanging power lines at 3016 & 3018 Elllwood Ave, and the 100 block of Belmont Ave. Bark is falling off branches, and some of those branches are about 40 - 50 feet in length. Much of the green on the tree is actually vines growing from the ground. When this tree falls, it will take out power to multiple residences and businesses. This is in the alley on Ellwood on the right hand side. Behind Belmont Butchery. Thanks! Eli
